We work with export cooperatives, agri-SMEs with 50+ employees, agro-input suppliers, development agencies (GIZ, FAO, World Bank), and government entities like RAB and NAEB.
Our pricing follows a value ladder: individual reports ($150), monthly retainers ($2,000), seasonal export audits ($1,500), and project-based contracts ($50k+). All pricing is in USD and invoiced in RWF at current exchange rates.
No—only RICA and NAEB can issue official certificates. Our role is to provide pre-audit services, compliance readiness assessments, and our formal "Readiness Certificate" that helps clients pass official inspections.
We use encrypted Google Workspace and secure file sharing. All client data is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our services. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
